for Bangladesh Players

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply. Where a term appears in these terms with an initial capital letter, it carries the meaning assigned to it in this section unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

References to "these Terms" or "this Agreement" mean these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time by fz77. References to a "section" are to the numbered sections of these Terms. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements. To register and maintain an fz77 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. fz77 is strictly an adult platform. Players under 18 years of age are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or placing bets on the Platform. This restriction is enforced without exception.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal bodies may not register player accounts on fz77.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and complete personal information. Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or providing fictitious contact details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all account balances.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of fz77 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an fz77 employee or contractor, unless fz77 has provided written consent in advance.

2.2 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active fz77 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If fz77 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same Player, fz77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and game rounds, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC). fz77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address, and documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (for example, a screenshot of the Player's bKash or Nagad account registered in their own name).

fz77 will not process any withdrawal request from an account that has not completed the applicable verification checks. Verification documents must be submitted in clear, legible format. fz77 reserves the right to decline documents that are unclear, altered, or inconsistent with the information held on the Player's account.

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fz77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fz77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify fz77 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

2.5 Account Information Updates. You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your registered name, address, mobile number, or payment method details change, you must update your account information or notify fz77 support promptly. fz77 may suspend withdrawal processing if account information is found to be materially outdated or inconsistent with verification documents on file.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods. fz77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fz77 does not charge transaction fees to Bangladesh players on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently of fz77.

3.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount for Bangladesh players is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. fz77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

3.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a Player's fz77 account balance instantly or within a maximum of 15 minutes of successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in an fz77 account balance. fz77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within one to four hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside BST business hours are processed on the next available business day. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is approved.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the fz77 account. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before Real Money Funds derived from bonus play may be withdrawn.
• fz77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts above the standard single-transaction limit.
• fz77 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the Player's account balance if verification cannot be completed within the required timeframe.

3.5 Fraud Prevention & Transaction Monitoring. fz77 actively monitors all deposit and withdrawal activity for indicators of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, and other prohibited conduct. Transactions that trigger fraud detection systems may be suspended pending investigation. fz77 reserves the right to withhold funds and close accounts where credible evidence of fraudulent or abusive activity is identified, subject to applicable laws.

3.6 Currency. All fz77 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fz77 does not apply currency conversion charges to BDT accounts. If you attempt to use a payment method that processes in a foreign currency, your payment provider may apply its own conversion rates — fz77 has no control over and bears no liability for such external currency conversions.

4.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback awards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives offered by fz77 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer, in addition to these General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Bonus Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that promotion only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit, as specified per promotion.

4.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. As a general guide:

• Slots: Typically contribute 100% of each qualifying bet toward the wagering requirement.
• Live Casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar): Contribution rates vary by game and are stated in the relevant promotion terms — typically between 10% and 20%.
• Sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi): Contribution rates for sports bets placed with Bonus Funds are stated in the relevant sportsbook promotion terms.
• Certain game titles may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution entirely. A list of excluded titles is available in the relevant promotion's terms or by contacting the fz77 support team.

4.4 Bonus Abuse. fz77 monitors all accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting technical errors or miscalculations in bonus crediting; or colluding with other players to abuse referral or friend-invitation promotions. fz77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified, with or without prior notice.

4.5 Bonus Validity. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account balance. fz77 will not reinstate expired bonuses. It is the Player's responsibility to use Bonus Funds within the stated validity window.

4.6 fz77's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. fz77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a material change to an active promotion is made, fz77 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected players via the contact details held on their account. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time a material change is made will generally be entitled to complete the promotion under the original terms, subject to fz77's sole discretion.

5.1 Certified Game Content. All casino games available on the fz77 platform — including slots, live casino tables, table games, and instant-win titles — are supplied by certified third-party game studios. These studios include Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All games use independently audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by fz77 or any other party.

5.2 Return to Player (RTP). Key sportsbook principles include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. fz77 reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its discretion.
• In the event that a bet is accepted erroneously at manifestly incorrect odds (palpable error), fz77 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's account balance.
• Void bets (for example, where a match is abandoned without sufficient play) will have the stake returned to the Player's account balance.
• In-play bets confirmed by the Platform are settled at the odds accepted at the time of confirmation, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Settlement of sportsbook bets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (for example, the ICC for international cricket, the BCB for BPL fixtures).

5.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, server interruption, or communications failure during a game round or bet placement, fz77 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome of the affected round using server-side logs. Where a round cannot be reconstructed, the Player's stake for that round will be returned to their account balance. fz77 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a technical malfunction.

5.5 Collusion & Cheating. Any attempt by a Player to collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, use prohibited software (including bots, automated betting scripts, or exploit programs), or otherwise gain an unfair advantage on the fz77 Platform constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fz77 reserves the right to immediately close the accounts of players found to be engaging in such conduct, void all associated bets and winnings, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

6.1 General Obligations. By using the fz77 Platform, you agree to at all times:

• Use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming and sports betting purposes.
• Provide accurate and truthful information to fz77, including during registration, KYC verification, and any subsequent account management communications.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of fz77.
• Notify fz77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Use only payment methods registered in your own name for all fz77 deposits and withdrawals.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fz77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering under a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Operating more than one fz77 account simultaneously or in sequence.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any fz77 Platform software.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or miscalculations in odds, game outcomes, or bonus crediting for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or coordinated betting activity in connection with any real-world sporting event.
• Using the fz77 platform as a mechanism for currency exchange, fund transfer between third parties, or any financial service unrelated to legitimate gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fz77 staff members or other platform users.

6.3 Consequences of Breach. fz77 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to a breach of Section 6.2: immediate account suspension pending investigation; permanent account closure; voiding of all pending and historical bets and winnings associated with the breach; withholding of account balances pending investigation or legal proceedings; and referral of the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

7.1 Closure by the Player. You may request the closure of your fz77 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 English support team via live chat. Before an account is closed at your request, fz77 will process any pending withdrawal of your Real Money Funds balance, subject to the completion of applicable verification checks. Bonus Funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

7.2 Self-Exclusion Requests. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, fz77 offers a formal Self-Exclusion mechanism. A Self-Exclusion request suspends your account for a minimum period chosen by you — ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, your account cannot be reactivated, and fz77 will use reasonable efforts to prevent the opening of a new account by the same individual. To activate Self-Exclusion, contact the fz77 support team directly via live chat and state clearly that you are requesting self-exclusion. The support team will action your request promptly. 7.3 Closure or Suspension by fz77. fz77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe specified by fz77.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• A Player being identified as under the age of 18.
• A Player accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory instruction.
• Inactivity — accounts that have been dormant for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive and subject to an inactivity policy as notified to the Player via their registered contact details.

7.4 Effect of Closure. Upon closure of an account — whether at the Player's request or by fz77 — all pending bets and game rounds will be settled in accordance with their normal terms. Real Money Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to the absence of any grounds for withholding (such as an ongoing fraud investigation or unresolved KYC query). Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

7.5 Dormant Accounts. An fz77 account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months and the account holds a positive Real Money Funds balance. fz77 will contact the Player via their registered email address or mobile number before applying any dormancy administration fee. Any dormancy fee applied will be disclosed to the Player in the dormancy notification. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 12 months may be closed without further notice.

8.1 Platform Availability. fz77 aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, fz77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance windows, technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services. fz77 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

8.2 Exclusion of Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fz77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — even if fz77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Cap on Liability. Subject to Section 8.4, fz77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player into their fz77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Exclusions from Limitation. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude fz77's liability for: death or personal injury caused by fz77's proven gross negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by fz77; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8.5 Third-Party Services. The fz77 Platform incorporates games, payment processing, and other services provided by third parties. fz77 is not responsible for the conduct, accuracy, availability, or content of any third-party service. Any dispute relating to a game outcome supplied by a third-party game studio should in the first instance be raised with fz77 support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

8.6 Changes to These Terms. fz77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform homepage or via the contact details held on the Player's registered account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.

8.7 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law. fz77 operates as an online entertainment platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction. fz77 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond those it actively serves.

8.8 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the fz77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between fz77 and the Player with respect to the Player's use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
